Accessibility in Voting Questionnaire

WV Assistive Technology Systems (WVATS) is conducting a research study and requesting your input. The research study consists of a survey to gather information about:

• Barriers faced while trying to vote in the most recent election
• What improvements could be made to make WV polling sites accessible
• Any specific accommodations that could assist you with voting next election

We are looking for individuals with disabilities over the age of 18 that voted or tried to vote last election to complete the survey. The survey is online, voluntary, and anonymous. It will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. If you need an alternate format for accessibility, please contact us. The information collected will help the program identify gaps in service and the voting assistive technology needs of West Virginians. We will be accepting surveys until October 31, 2024.
