AT Needs Assessment Survey

WV Assistive Technology System (WVATS) is conducting a research study and requesting your input. The research study consists of a survey to gather information about:

• what assistive technology (AT) can help you
• your access and experiences with AT
• what areas and age groups in WV need additional support

We are looking for individuals with disabilities over the age of 18 to complete the study. The survey is online, voluntary and anonymous. It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. If you need an alternate format for accessibility, please contact us. The information collected will help the program identify gaps in service and the assistive technology needs of West Virginians. We will be accepting surveys until May 31, 2021.
